POSTING RULES

GENERAL RULES

01. We understand that characters will write in character, but please check your spelling and grammar before you post anything! Everyone makes mistakes, but an abundance of them just ends up distracting from the game. In addition to this remember that these characters live in Britain. Their slang should reflect this, that is ’cookies’ are ’biscuits’ ect. There is a great site here that has many slang terms.

02. Please use this form when posting threads or logs in

consequentlyrpg and place the thread or log under an lj-cut. It will help in keeping things organized.

03. We understand busy schedule’s that said, if you are going to be inactive for a long period of time notify one of the mods. Members who are inactive for two weeks without notification will be removed from the game. We won’t be upset if anyone needs to take a hiatus, we just need to know when you’ll be back.

01. We do not like OOC drama and we will not tolerate it. We see role- playing as a fun hobby, stress relief if you will and any sort of drama amongst players ruins that. The mods will not hesitate to remove people from the game if it comes to that, just treat each other with respect that’s all we ask.

02. Canon trumps all. This game is meant to follow the events at Hogwarts during ‘Deathly Hallows’ - and we plan to stick to what happened in the book, we expect the same of the characters. If you have a question ask a mod, or check the lexicon.

03. Please keep your played- bys icons clear, that is they should look like any of the icons here. No text, no brushes, just clean icons. Also please make sure you properly credit your icons.

04. Please keep all entries in the OOC community friends locked, all other entries can be public, just not the ones in this community. Thanks.

05. Hopefully this doesn’t even need to be said but no Mary/Gary Stu type behavior. Character have faults, they do not know everything.
